A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or confirmation conditions shown during checkout are completed. Prices, taxes, and availability are subject to change until confirmation is issued.
Guest names, dates, room type, and occupancy must match the final confirmed reservation. Extra guests, undeclared visitors, or occupancy above the room limit may result in additional charges or refusal of stay.
Check-in and check-out times follow the policy communicated by Vila Arial. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry extra fees.
Guests must follow Vila Arial house rules during their stay, including rules related to noise, smoking areas, property care, and respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
Any damage, missing items, deep-cleaning needs, or violations of property rules may be charged to the guest according to actual cost and applicable law.
If a reservation is cancelled, changed, or no-showed, fees are handled according to the cancellation terms shown at booking time (or in direct written confirmation where applicable).
Vila Arial may refuse, modify, or cancel a reservation in cases of fraud suspicion, payment failure, force majeure, safety risk, or breach of these terms.
By using this website, you also agree not to misuse booking forms, submit false requests, or attempt to interfere with the website's operation.
